Welcome to September’s Stamp of the Month Australasian Blog Hop. This is a circular hop. If you arrived from Maz's blog, you are in the right place. Simply read through this post and click on the link to the next blog at the end of it. Keep reading and ‘hopping’ until you find yourself back where you started from. Each blog will showcase a project featuring the Just Treats (S1809) stamp set which is September’s Stamp of the Month.

S1809 Just Treats SOTM is available for purchase during September 2018 from www.shaunnarichards.closetomyheart.com.au

You are going to love this set for your Christmas crafting but I wanted to think outside the box a bit this month and used 3 textural stamps to make my title for this 4th of July layout.

S1809 Just Treats SOTM and More Magical are available for purchase during September 2018 from www.shaunnarichards.closetomyheart.com.au This layout comes from the More Magical Kit available until the end of September. The paper pack may look familiar. It features the same patterns as one we had a while ago but the red and blues have been updated to our newest colours – Bluebird, Carolina and Candy Apple. I quite liked the original pack but these new colours are so much more vibrant and I am delighted with the layouts I’ve made.

The title letters were cut from White Daisy cardstock using Block Alphabet Thin Cuts. Then I stamped over them using Candy Apple ink and the striped strip stamp. The ‘th’ came from one of June’s Solo number stamps.

The title looked a bit lonely so I stamped the cluster of dots repeatedly using White Daisy pigment ink and then added a few pinwheels in Candy Apple to complete the design.

Super easy and non-christmassy. What do you think? Take a close look at the images on this set and think outside the box. Coffee cups for cappuccinos with the girls, leaves and berries for park photos, lollies for parties and lots for Christmas and Halloween.

Just Treats (S1809) is only available during September, 2018. Full retail price is $29.50 but you can have this gorgeous set for just $8.25 when accompanied by a $75 order. Place your order with your Close To My Heart Consultant.
