I LOVE being a consultant because I always get to play with new products before they are released to you! In January 2014 you too can get your hands on the Cloud Nine cardmaking kit. Create 10 cute cards (2 each of 5 designs) using three sneak-peek accessories from the upcoming Idea Book, a new D-size stamp set, and exclusive papers. I am in love with the Teal Shimmer tape and the spotty Washi Tape.
There are two ways to get the adorable Cloud Nine cardmaking kit: Purchase it for just $20 (retail value $59 AUD/$74 NZD) with a minimum qualifying order of $55 during January in celebration of National Papercrafting Month. Or get it FREE when you enrol as a new Consultant in January and submit total personal sales of $650 AUD/$750 NZD or more*.
I made up one of each card design and used my left over supplies to create a double page spread of my sister’s 50th birthday…
AND I covered a little Ring Box ready to use as a gift package…
AND I made an adorable card with the January Stamp of the Month, Cross Stitch Wishes. Spend $75 in January and you can have the Cloud Nine cardmaking kit AND the Stamp of the month. That’s $158 worth of product for just $100. What a lovely New Year gift from Close To My Heart.
You can order for home delivery on my website http://shaunnarichards.ctmh.com.au or you can order directly with me and collect later in the month. My first order is going in on Jan 1st and the next will be on Jan 20th. Email email@example.com
Each year I host a gathering for my customers to celebrate the end of another year scrapping together. We share yummy home made treats and Santa comes! Everyone has a photo taken with Santa and receives a gift. Santa LOVES my ladies.
Here are the pages I made with this year’s photos. The Sparkle and Shine papers were perfect for these pages. I started with a double page spread and then got a bit sneaky by using a Close To My Heart 12″ x 12″ Horizontal Pocket Page.
By placing photos back to back in each slot, I was able to quickly display the 12 extra photos from our afternoon of fun. I then placed this page between the two I had scrapbooked.
The baubles and tags were cut on the Cricut using the Art Philosophy Cartridge but you could create a similar look using stamps or punches, I used bakers twine for my strings and raised some of the baubles with foam tape. The left over paper from the tag cuts made a perfect journaling box!
Here is a fun card for those extra special people on your list. I’ve made it up using Sparkle & Shine papers and the Santa Claus Stamp set.
I was making 12 so I did everything in a production line…
Stamp 12 Santa’s onto Daisy White Cardstock and cut each one out.
Cut 12 White Daisy Rectangles, each 5 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ Stamp a greeting centred right at the top. Stamp border pattern of your choice along bottom
Cut 12 Ruby and 12 Juniper squares, each 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
Cut 12 card bases 12″ x 6″ . Score & fold at 4″ and 8″ to create a tri-fold card.
Trim a triangle off each of the fold out sections as shown. I used the 45° line on my 12″ Trimmer. Flip this triangle over and glue as shown. I like to use Bonding Memories Glue as it seals right up to the edge of the paper for a professional finish.
Score 2″ in from outer edges of base and fold outwards so it shows on front of card.
Add Ruby and Juniper squares, layered on point and decorated with Santa cut out.
Glue the message panel to the inside and you are done!
