I bought the Cityscape Stamp Set (C1563) with these photos in mind and I am thrilled with the way the page turned out.  We were having one of our ‘Tourist in our own town’ days and exploring the newly opened Brookfield Plaza.  I wanted a very simple layout as the photos had lots of detail within them.

The NEW Paper Fundamentals Basics Assortment (Z1939) was perfect for the pages.  This set features double sided papers that are embossed and shiny on one side and 2 toned on the other.  I’m on my second pack already!

To finish off, I felt the page needed dedicated journaling boxes.  My new best friend, Cricut, came to the rescue.  I resized photo mats from the Artbooking cartridge (Z1906) and wrote where the photo would normally go.  This was a fun page to make.  I loved playing with the stamps of the buildings and can see myself having some fun with this set.

I have a double page layout to share with you featuring the March Stamp of the Month Happy Place S1403A which is available exclusively throughout March for $24 AU or for just $5 AU when you spend $75 AU.   I am in love with these happy little babushkas

This layout is based on the Juggling Act layout in the Magic How To Book.  You will find the instructions on page 111.  I am pretty excited that, with the addition of 3 Flip Flaps, I have managed to fit 20 photos onto this double page… and I still have room to journal!

The papers used come from the gorgeous Ariana Paper pack.  I just loved the soft colours of these papers and thought they worked well with the High Tea theme of my photos.  I created a patterned paper using Buttercup cardstock and the Flight of Arrows stamp set.

I wanted the babushkas to look like a group of gorgeous young ladies so stamped and hand cut several of them.  A few sparkles paid homage to the celebration of the day and I raised a few dolls on foam tape to give depth to the arrangement.
