Today I am sharing a layout featuring photos from our time at the Nurnberg Christmas Markets last year.  If you ever have the opportunity to visit, GO!!!  It's a sensory overload of Christmas goodness.  Be sure to take an empty suitcase with you so you can shop to your heart's content.



The layout is based in Pattern 24 in Make It From Your Heart, Vol 3.  I added the Poppy photo mats because they helped my photos stand out on the page.  Using 4" x 6" Flip Flaps on the RH page gave me space for 4 extra photos.  No need for a second layout now.



All the stickers on the layout come from the Complements pack.  These were left over once I'd complete the 3 layouts that come with the kit.  Shimmer trim and gold dots helped my title pop on the page and the White & Gold twine blended perfectly with the collection.



Using the Cut Apart PML cards that come with the kit is the easiest way to incorporate smaller patterned pieces into your layout.  This element makes the journaling an integral part of the overall design.  I'm a firm believer in telling the story and leaving enough room for some details.
