Australasian January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop - Beloved Bouquet S1601

Base and shade stamps are fun to use.  Stamp the base first and then the shaded line drawing.  Many variations in looks are possible.  My layout today lets one bloom be the focal point.



I used Pomegranate ink for my base and Eggplant for the shading on the flower.  I kept the leaf as just an outline. The wavy lines are stamped using New England Ivy and Jumping Geometrics (D1637) .  The papers come from La Vie En Rose.



The design can be used for a card too.  Simple and elegant.
