Using repeated shapes on a layout builds cohesiveness. It gives the illusion of a larger panel but doesn’t overwhelm the layout. Doreen Camilleri and Mel Brady show you two very different approaches to repeating shapes. They are easy to make when using smaller prints and create a cohesive background without having to think too hard.
