Who can resist the allure of metallic papers, embossed patterns and shiny embellishments? But sometimes, once they arrive on your doorstep, are you unsure how to use them on your scrapbook pages?
This class encourages you to look through your supplies and pull out the Shiny Things that you love but haven’t used so much.
Then I’ll share 3 gorgeous layouts you can make with shiny NEW products from Stampin’ Up! My photos include Statues in Oslo, a museum in Portugal and a wedding at Lake Gwelup. Scroll down for suggestions of other photo themes you could use.
This is an online class
Create your layouts in the comfort of your own home at any time you desire from September 14, 2024. Register for this class and receive access to the handout and pre-recorded videos taking you step by step through the assembly process and techniques used to make the 3 double page layouts.
This is delivered through my website (hosted on the Simplero platform) and you can return to it as often as needed to review the videos or complete the class.

The class is in two parts
I will begin by sharing pages I have made in the past that feature shiny papers and embellishments. Describing my decision making process and tips for each one. This is designed to help you identify how you would like to use your shiny things.
The second part will focus on two of my favourite techniques for shiny papers – using embossing folders and ink resist. I’ll share 3 layouts made with photos from different events that all include shiny papers.
