We stayed at a B&B on a farm just out of Narrogin last year. The cottage we were in was an original building and was quite lovely. Today’s page features some orphaned lambs that were in the paddock next to our accommodation and shots of the farm.
My sister actually created this page using my photos. Isn’t she so very kind? I love this layout. She based it on ‘Magician’s Choice”, p116 of the Magic How To Book. Can you spot how much cleverness went in to these pages????
- Washi Tape over patterned papers – I’ve never thought to do that
- Sanding around the orange hearts – doesn’t it give a lovely soft edge to them?
- Using the KISS technique to stamp the floral hearts – such a subtle pattern.
- The stitching around the lighter border is actually stamped. The Stitch Wonder Stamp set (C1564) has some gorgeous stich patterns. Click here to see them all.
The papers are from the Timberline collection – perfect for our Australian landscape. We’ll have lots more Timberline pages on display at National Scrapbook Day on the 17th. Registrations close this Saturday!
Happy Scrappin’,
