Basketball Artbooking Page

Our household is very excited that the Perth Wildcats won the NBL grand final over the weekend.  Kathryn and her boyfriend are members and Mike and I get excited because they are!  This page features photos from a game earlier in the season.



It was so much fun to create this page.  I simply began with the layout shown on p82 of the Cricut Artbooking instruction book and decided on the colours for each element.  I love the way the Artbooking cartridge cuts every element in proportion to all the others.  Once I set the size of my background overlay, I didn't have to adjust the size again.  It knew to make my title that size so it shows up nicely on the page.  It knew to create the red frames to fit exactly on the black mounts for the photos.  How cool is that?



I'd love to show you how to use a Cricut machine.  I run hands on classes once a month where you get to work at a machine and learn lots of tips and tricks or you can simply ask to have a go at my next workshop.  I always have a Cricut plugged in and waiting - all you need to do is purchase a mat and a Cricut License from me and you can play as much as you like.
