My wish for every new parent

Here's a simple card to make for new parents.  I've used the stamp set that comes with the Snowhaven Card WOTG Kit (G1085). The sentiment inside the oval frame talks about Christmas and sweaters.  I cut that out so it's just the frame and then I can use any sentiment in the middle. The papers are scraps from Snowhaven and Wanderful. Don't you just love the textures on these little hearts?



A new baby brings so much joy so I had to add this little word to the back of the envelope.  Two of CTMH's new ink colours were ideal for this card - I've used Thistle(Z2640) and Glacier(Z2641).  The ribbon is Thistle Diagonal Strip (Z1990).

One other stamp in this set was perfect for the inside of the card.  My wish for every new parent is ...



Don't let the obvious theme of a stamp set limit it's use.  Think outside the square!
