June 2015 Stamp of the Month - S1506 Ice Cream Dream
There’s a lot of lip smacking inspiration on Ice Cream Dream, June's Stamp of the Month (S1506). Enjoy!
CTMH June 2015 Stamp of the Month is the perfect stamp for my upcoming visit to a well loved West Australian ice creamery, Simmo's. I can taste mine already!! Can't wait to visit it ... I know the exact photos I'm going to take and I've already journalled!!!
This layout is based on the Column Composition layout on page 26 of the Cherish How To Book (9038) The gelato colours of the Blossom paper pack X7196B are just perfect for ice cream photos!
I used the 'You are my happy" stamp to create a background design on the Crystal Blue cardstock.
The letters were stamped onto Daisy White cardstock using Framework Alphabet E1027, white embossing powder Z2068 and Shin Han Markers. I love fussy cutting but if you don't you could just use a strip of card on your layout.
The hearts embossing folder Z3018 creates a bit of texture for these blocks of colour. Once again the stamps were embossed with white and coloured with Shin Han markers and then fussy cut. Ice Cream Dream (S1506) is only available during June, 2015.
Keep Smiling,
Shaunna

I loved the blossom pack the first time around and still have bits in my stash. I can’t wait to have a refreshed look at the pack, especially since I am in the process of scraping my stash.
I have never thought to use word stamps as background paper art. The cute little stamps from the original set have never been used, and this is a gorgeous way to create your own artwork or ‘stickers’.
Simply stunning!
Thank you for the inspiration!
I can't wait to see what you make Leah xx
