So Much Happy Australasian Blog Hop

This really is such a happy collection!  The Lemon and Candy Apple papers really pop.  The subtler hues of Lagoon, Mint and Peach compliment perfectly and the Sapphire makes a great neutral.  As with all our paper collections, each sheet is double sided and a really bright or busy pattern will be backed by a softer shade or subtle pattern.  This means EVERYONE can use it.

Today I am sharing a layout featuring some fabulous time exposure shots my husband took of a ferris wheel.  Each year Perth, Western Australia, hosts a Fringe Festival.  It is vibrant, fun and engaging.  We try to go to 3 or 4 shows a week to make the most of it.  There is a little ferris wheel in the arts centre hub that most people ignore.  This night, Mike came armed with a tripod and had some shutter fun.

The spiral circle was made using quilting templates! I am working (very slowly) on Judy Newman's Sugarplum quilt and had been using the spiral template earlier with fabric. Once I pulled out my photos I knew the design was perfect for my page too.

The title banner and centre circle can be found on the cut apart sheet which is the reverse side of the cute diamond print paper used in the spiral. The largest stitched circle thin cut fits the 'One of a Kind' embellishment perfectly. Complete the title using the gorgeous alphabet stickers that come in the So Much Fun complements and add stars from the puffies and complements.

This was a really quick layout as the second page had minimal decoration on it. Just the photos in all their colourful glory. You can find details of the journaling box in an earlier post here
