I had my first play with our new Water Colour Paint set today and it was FUN! I have opened the lid of the paints several times but I've been too scared to have a go.
After chatting to a couple of consultants at our state training day yesterday I was encouraged to just try something small and easy.
A card is a good first project when trialling new products.
I simply painted 3 shades of blue across a piece of white daisy cardstock, let it dry, stamped on top of it and then trimmed it down. It's…

The Zoe Workshop on the Go features colours in our Whimsy range. They are soft and help to make your photos 'pop' on the page. This page highlights our time in Waikiki, Hawaii as part of the Incentive Trip I earned for Mike and I in February. It's where surfing came from!
A simple page accented with cute stamps and Cricut cuts. Full instructions come with the Zoe Workshop on the Go pack. I love 'no stress' scrapbooking! #ctmhzoe

I share a love of paper, stickers, bling, inks and stamps with card makers and album makers. We are often all creating in the same room at a workshop.
One of the things I love to do for my customers is offer the opportunity to try new products via a Make and Take project. I'm always in a dilemma about whether the project should be a card or a page border.
So, I put my thinking cap on and found a way to make something everyone can use! It's called a Carborder. We begin with a 4" strip of cardsto…

CASEing layouts is one of my favourite pass times! Why strain my brain when someone else has done a fine job? What's CASEing you ask? C.A.S.E stands for 'Copy And Share Everything'. Whenever you copy someone else's layout, you are CASEing it. This layout is copied from Pattern 9 in CTMH's Make It From Your Heart Vol 1. (9035) The flowers were cut using the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. Kraft cardstock (Z1375) was used for the large shape on the LH page and the journal box. The bunting t…
Creating texture with embossing folders is so easy! It transforms plain cardstock into something wonderful. In this layout I started with 3 plain cardstock colours (Whisper, Bamboo & Lagoon) and one Paper Fundamentals (Bamboo) sheet. I cut 4, 2" squares from each piece and used a variety of embossing folders on the plain cardstock.
Trim your photos to 2", 4" or 6" and they will work with this design
The Chevron Border Punch created a line to hold it all together and I kept the embellishments si…
A few weeks ago I participated in a Facebook Virtual Crop. It was lots of fun 'cropping' with consultants all over Australia via the internet. During the course of the weekend we were given page challenges to complete. The lovely ladies who organised the event have given permission for me to share these challenges with you! Big thanks to Bernadette Lewin, Karen Page and Lynda Yeadon. Here was the Night Owl sketch we worked from, "Jumbo Shape" by Bernadette Lewin...
